Abidjan · Congo · Luanda · Lagos · Destinations · Event décor & scenography

Across Africa, spectacular event design that honours place, culture and emotion.

The concept identifies what can be hired or made locally and what would require transport. Volumes, lead times, set-up access and weather alternatives are assessed for the exact venue before production is confirmed.

Projects considered in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire; Kinshasa, DRC; Brazzaville, Republic of the Congo; Luanda, Angola; and Lagos, Nigeria. Confirmation depends on the venue, available resources and delivery conditions.

Your celebration · Our direction

The wedding’s country shapes the entire plan.

Kinshasa and Brazzaville are in two different countries: the address and country must be clear from the initial brief. For Abidjan, Luanda or Lagos, the plan distinguishes local teams and purchases from any items that would need to be transported.

Each project includes a review of venue access, sourcing lead times, technical spaces, power requirements and guest transport. Season, travel and applicable formalities are checked for the chosen destination before confirmation.

A review for each country, city and venue

Abidjan, Luanda and Lagos

The venue, date and accommodation addresses allow journeys to be assessed. The proposal identifies resources to source locally, costs to establish and lead times to confirm; it does not assume a permanent team in each city.

Kinshasa and Brazzaville

Staffing, equipment and travel are assessed in the country hosting the reception. If the programme involves both cities, each stage needs separate confirmation before the schedule is agreed.

A Marrakech wedding planned from Africa

For a celebration in Morocco, preparation can take place remotely: venue choice, décor and menu approvals, accommodation and transfers. The couple’s country of residence and the event’s destination are distinguished from the outset.
